You gotta go to "More Info" and under the File Type (or something) make it an Audiobook! I'm not home right now so I don't have iTunes, try!

you can select multiple (hold shift and select more) or use ctrl+a (select all) and subsequently change info for all of them, at one shot.

okay I'm home so here goes. if they're all under the same artist then you can use the browser (ctrl+
to select the artist in question.

sorry! Ctrl + B --> Show/Hide Browser. Show the browser then select the artist you want to change the media type of.

select one song, then press Ctrl + A to select all. Right click --> Get Info --> Options --> Media Kind --> Audiobook. Tadah!
