spoke with one of the people, Chelsie Foxdale, handling the sale of the Oasis Breeze sim & other sims owned by the same person.
She seems to really care about the residents so hopefully this is a good change.
Also I might finally be able to get more land next to the land I have so I can expand things a bit. We'll see!
