we noticed that when one vehicle overtakes another, the one overtakig is blowing the horn. We first found it rude. But noticed that everyone
here is doing it. Naaliw sa ibang culture. Seems to us that the Blowing of horn for them means "excuse me"
also to alert the car infront that someone is overtaking. sometimes kasi di naman napapansin nung nagddrive na may nagoovertake
