It's official: i'm lactose intolerant. Cheese is cool, but milk, yogurt, and ice cream (sob) are NOT good for me.

(cozy) i know how that goes. something i noticed is skim milk hurts a lot less than 1%, 2% and whole milk. lower fat is better.

and fat free half and half? Tastes the same, but no pain, bloating or other unmentionable horrors.

how did you find out for sure? I probably am, but I like dairy too much and just deal with it sometimes
