I do good with individually packed snacks. I tend to eat the whole thing, whether it is a big package or a small package

my 100-calorie pack & cool whip idea was once featured in NEA Today with my picture...the only time I've ever been published! (LOL)

fresh fruit and fresh veggies. Never canned and rarely frozen. Buy what is in season and make it to accentuate the flavors not deplete them
