Scotch Egg

I totally need to make some sausage, a primary and secondary grind. Maybe a nice hearty kielbasa style or such.

Marinated in my homemade Worcestershire sauce, and then with my amazing blend of meat and rolled in a spiced & herb bread crumb mixture.

a little heartbroken he can't find his Worcestershire recipe. Very upset and I need to tear apart my bedroom and kitchen to find it.

I need to make more Worcestershire sauce and I really gotta do another grind of sausage here soon. Ohhh maybe a Chaurice? Hmm!!

Serve that with a slice od stilton and, sir, you have a date!

scotch eggs, but hubs won't eat hardboiled eggs, so not happening here. the last sausage we made was bratwurst, and it was TASTY

I love Stilton or Red Leicester actually. I actually have two jars of homemade pickles in the fridge still. So I'm set on the pickle front.

i'm in a csa this year, & i'm hoping for baby cukes to make pickles

I am actually giving serious consideration, as in checking Amazon right now, for a grow light for some Boston pickling cuke starters.
