scotch eggs, but hubs won't eat hardboiled eggs, so not happening here. the last sausage we made was bratwurst, and it was TASTY

I love Stilton or Red Leicester actually. I actually have two jars of homemade pickles in the fridge still. So I'm set on the pickle front.
