For myself, I'll give away all my stashed candy I have at the office and at home. As well staying away from the treat section at starbucks.

For a midweek treat, I will get a yummy smoothie from Jamba Juice, and if the week goes well, I will do indoor rock climbing next monday. :-)

Monday treat if my week is successful. Goals are to start C25K today, weights 3 x, eat healthy lunch and meal plan as much as possible.

I'm not sure, but I always thought of them as a healthier snack, as long as they werent the crazy flavored ones.
