最近身心都覺得好疲累,做任何事都提唔起勁,突然個人好迷失好,無晒目標,連笑都唔想... 尋日睇完醫生,醫生都叫我開心d笑多d放鬆d,唔好諗太多,放鬆心情,咁樣對病情先有幫助,如果再係咁病情只會日漸嚴重,其實自己都知,但原來我以為自己放鬆咗,其實唔係,真係唔知點做好....

維他命b係幫助神經系統運作,充足既維他命b可以減壓,一般食麵包同糙米都有,不過如果要用到黎減壓就唔多夠。

就算轉唔到工,搵下工,令自己有目標同希望,都係好事。大不了寫expected salary寫高d,就算真係要見工都好呀,起碼知道係高人工,見完先決定做唔做囉~
