How are you doing on cutting out unnecessary snacking habits? Are you keeping your personal prize in mind?
For myself, I have not had ANY of the M&Ms we keep in the office that are a arms reach away from me.
Everytime I want to snack on something for the taste, I think about my smoothie, and how yummy it will be.
I have failed. My fudgsicles sundae sounded too good last night.
Kimberly - have you stayed away from soda? How are you doing on your C25K?
sunshine - have you resisted Danny's cookies? (wink wink)
Deathamus - How are you doing not having any coffee?
It doesn't help that I ran out of my berry mix, although I added a touch of whip cream to that anyway.

All allowable desserts for me normally , but a big fat fail for this weeks challenge.

JemGirlie - I really think indulgences arent a bad thing, as long as they are in moderation, you do fairly well otherwise dont you?
Oh yeah like I said they are allowable snacks. I am disappointed in myself for not even making it 3 days. I know I can do better than that
It's crazy that I normally don't have a sweet tooth except when I start to eat healthy.
I have 4 days left in this week and I WILL succeed in staying sweet free
I'm doing really well despite the New Orleans trip. I am at 176 which is my ideal. I don't want the 2% body fat I don't even like the look
I don't buy bad foods for the house so it is only when I go out that I have to be concerned. Smaller portions at restaurants!
no full size rack of ribs just because it is only $2 more. Ha!

As far as continuing with my goals from last week I am doing well there. 3 of 6 workouts complete. 3 of 3 dinners before 7pm complete.

continuing with my goals from last week. had a slip up with some champagne but back on track.
Well, success on the no soda, and success on C25K (even after getting home after 8 p.m. last night, having been awake since 3 a.m.)
however, the other half brought home sone sour cream and onion ruffles and I hate half the bag.
Not something I usually keep in the house, and even when he buys chips, I usually give them to him for his lunch and don't eat them.

And apparently I can't eat cooked eggs for some reason. Hard-boiled are OK. Weird.
