Just because DISCS is the one that has to communicate "bad news" to you, it doesn't always mean it's our fault.

I'm sorry, ma'am. maybe hate is not the word I should have used. Nakaka-frustrate lang to learn of some changes on the day itself. :-(

To end this discussion, I will say that be assured that DISCS will do everything we possibly can to fix whatever it is that needs fixing.
