Just because DISCS is the one that has to communicate "bad news" to you, it doesn't always mean it's our fault.

We exert a lot of effort into doing the best we can, and sadly, things don't always go our way.

(And this is just MY opinion) Sometimes I wish students could see how frantic we are when we're trying to alleviate all the chaos.

I'm not saying that nothing is DISCS's fault, everyone's got fault in anything that goes wrong.

I'm sorry, ma'am. maybe hate is not the word I should have used. Nakaka-frustrate lang to learn of some changes on the day itself.

again, i'm not saying we have no fault in it, but if any of you were at DISCS today, you would've seen the stress we felt on your behalf.

and the frenzy of the past 48 hours in trying to fix things (that we did not break), so students wouldn't have an even worse experience

To end this discussion, I will say that be assured that DISCS will do everything we possibly can to fix whatever it is that needs fixing.

Because our students are very important to us, whether or not they see, hear, or feel it.
