uh oh.

I'm having a *hard* time cutting back on my teas. I have been doing 1 tea latte - there's LOTS of milk And, 1-2 iced teas per day.

Considering I'm also drinking 6-10 glasses of water, I think I'm flushing the caffeine out pretty well

I can testify to that by the excessive trips to the potty

I don't usually buy creamer but am going back for more while it's on sale.
