now I am down to every 2-3 days. My hair isn't greasy and it has more body.
The first few days were rough, though.
I was mine every 2-3 days.
I wash mine every 3 days...my hairstylist has had me doing that for years...
I'd like to get down to once a week. There is a girl ay work who does that and she has the best hair.
I wash mine about every 3-5 days
I also heard that the sodium laurel and laureth sulfate have been linked to hair loss

I wash mine every day. And I have pretty decent hair.
I think my hair looks better s since I stopped washing everyday.
I wanted to make the homemade shampoo from the homemade book.
I want to do the Chamomile shampoo, but I wanted to use my own grown chamomile. So I have two plants now and started some seeds.
I'll need one handful of fresh harvested flowers, 1 1/4 boiling water, 3 T pure soap (I'll use co-op homemade soap)flakes or leftover sliver
and it says yellow food coloring, but I don't think so...what's the point in that
for conditioner there is the salad dressing conditioner...olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and egg.
heck that's stuff I always have in the house anyway and pretty soon I can use a super fresh egg.
I know I'm a scrub, but I'm kind of a hair junky, I LOVE HAIR and think everyone should have long hair
I HATE hair products that smell and stick, just nice and natural
I remember reading many years ago that the man who at that time currently held the Worlds Record for longest hair only used hot water to
clean his scalp & hair. No shampoo or conditioner or styling product ever. He "cleaned" it everyday with just the hot water. And I remember
thinking his hair looked really clean. Hm. Funny that I remember all that.
