Oh! Has it been dropping out a lot recently? Mine went offline around midnight and was off for hours the night/morning before as well.

We bought a new splitter and cable and last night we went and bought a new router. None of that has cured it. BT say line is fine, PlusNet

no problem at their end - so *why* no internet connection?
