holy smokes - we had flooding in Leavenworth back in '93 but not like that!

I live in dsm, should see our city too ...or check mason city , that city is "Under Water" these floodings happen in 1993 , this was record!

i'm glad my floods aren't that bad. My road was under water today though. some friends are stuck here till it recedes. Oshkosh, WI.

happy in eau claire wisconsin that it missed us all by less than a hundred miles. feel bad for eastern wisconsin and iowa

2008 is record of 1993 , they spent billions in 1993 yet 53 countys was flooded that is 50% of IOWA! down town in dsm was closed

Rain stopped for now, gave time people to get the watter out of basement, on monday i volunteer (i plurked) helped with sand bags etc..

we had the same kind of flooding in Mumbai(Bombay) 2 years ago...man it was terrible....

I'm in SW Wisconsin (abt 2.5 hrs from CDR), and it it's not that much better here
