and, you & I worked in law. The state didn't have enough *damning* evidence. The jury really didn't have much choice.

Yep, but I have seen some juries do some crazy shite.

We had a case where an attorney was on the panel and after the verdict, he pretty much admitted that he really didn't follow the law, but

went by emotion.
