When I first read the second book of Harry Potter series N years ago, I was really astonished by the word playing of the author!!!

From such name, we could come with this:

"I am Lord Voldemort."

Really amazing!

I prefer reading books than watching the movies because I can have more room for imagining about the magic world~~~

Maybe, watching movies can provide the kids with more chances to hear and learn about English.

I love the British accent!

Tonight, my kids and I have watched the 2nd movie of the HP series......

People get petrified when they see the reflection of the eyes of Basilisk or get killed when they directly see into the eyes of the Basilisk

Somehow, such plot reminds me of Greek Mythology: the Story of Medusa ......

Medusa's Symbol or Attribute: Her gaze which can turn observers into stone, and the hair-snakes.

"To turn observers into stone"='To petrify observers'------in my opinion~

Quite long time ago, I read quite some Greek mythology and stories....

When we watch the early stages of HP series, we can see the very young look of the main characters and all those professors and classmates

......that's really interesting.....

There are two Dumbledores as the first one passed away.........., I mean, in reality.

Time is really flying......

Though my English is not that good, I think, it's easier to write about HP in English.
