There's a lawsuit or something. But I dont know if I'm staying long enough to look into it.
oh man D:
Yeah, um. XD Funny story.
When I was working for Joanns, we had a new manager start working there.
And About midway through working there, I came out.
And then a month later, I had a customer call me a faggot, and told me that I'm disgusting.
I had a panic attack, and reported this to said manager.
I didn't tell the customer my orientation
So, I told her, and did have to disclose that as a homosexual I was incredibly offended and if the customer came back, I wanted something
And the manager just said "You know Joanns doesn't approve of homosexuality, right? I intend to enforce this."
and didn't do SHIT when the customer came back
and I got called a fag again
and then a month later, they fired me for "tardiness"
So...I kinda wanna file something against them
because I was RARELY late.
It happened...3 times at most, due to traffic
SO THERE'S YOUR BIGOTRY STORY FOR THE NIGHT

Uh, yeah. Wow. You could sue the shit out of them.
I won't bother...because I shop there so often, that...It's not worth it.
BUT. I still have my discount card >u>
So, if I go to a Joanns OUTSIDE of PA, I can use it

The manager at the pizza place next to my work used to be a general manager at Dunks... and he was interviewed for that job by a former nun.

He held that job for all of two weeks before they canned him on a trumped up customer complaint.

Which is saying something, for me.
You know, a non-profit, religious group in my area wouldn't hire me for temp work (for two weeks) because they found out I was gay

I wish it weren't so, but discrimination based on sexual orientation isn't illegal in federal law. And only a handful of states have laws
skipthedemon

against it. New Hampshire and MA, yes.

Yeah. Much like how gender identity isn't actually covered yet.
