Im tempted to delete any folder with 'hunt' in the title. Ghost hunt 08 is still not fully unpacked.
I think it's safe to say that you won't miss a single thing in those folders if you don't know what's in them. I've done that before 
I still find old hunt items I have not opened lurking in my inventory
