They are great! Labor intensive but definitely a weekend fun food.

AFF, you have to bake them, then slice and scoop out the middles, then put the good stuff in and bake again

Pretty much twice-baked was the recipe I had. They werent small and flat like restaurants. Bake potatoes, cook bacon, cut chives. Then mix
and bake again. Easy stuff, but just lots to do. I prefer 20 minute meals and this took a good hour of prep and created too many dishes.
