last meteorology thesis published was Andrew Loconto's....which was the first year of the M.S. in Applied Meteorology

I remember Dr K had me submit something to a specific database, one which had Locconto as the latest Thesis here

well, the library catalog is supposed to have our copies as searchable. And the database doesnt have any of us in it...
