戚風蛋糕:蛋黃1顆,低筋麵粉20g,細砂糖8g,泡打粉1g,鹽1g,鮮奶12g沙拉油10g. 蛋白1顆,細砂糖16g

1.將蛋黃1顆,細砂糖8g拌勻~

P.S:提拉米蘇很甜,所以戚風蛋糕比例要高~戚風蛋糕夾層間,放的提拉米蘇不要太厚~如果戚風蛋糕比例不多,砂糖量減半
