I fit into size 14 jeans again! Which is like O.O to me out of excitement lol My biggest size was 24 Plus just a couple of years ago.

lunajubilee: I did nothing! I cut soda out completely & fast food with the exception of my random cheeseburgers
I don't do soda if I do its rare and ... I love me some fast food. But hey I can use you as my inspiration to cut it out! <3
oh and cutting down on any caffeine intake and replacing it with water is key. im addicted to soda and coffee and i cut it out for a
few months alone and that did a lot
