Base the trainings on something they will use- create together and integrate into curriculum.

Keep them short and only to one specific aspect of the technology/software. You can have several 15 min one for various topics.

you might survey your teachers to see what they are wanting. Also show them how they can use ????? w/kids in the classroom.

digital dumpster diving. I am now planning on SmartBoard (no Prometheans) training and of course edmodo, and blogging. Good Stuff!
