What happened to anthem songs like these?

Some excellent music. I've seen Ten Years After Live.. Thats as close as I've been to woodstock.

jaimeh I think you would know alot of them. There are some major names on there but songs you don't know by name but their sound.

My Woodstock would have been CCR live. Of course I might be just a tad young to have been there......

I am sure you are right. My parents listened to all of these songs when I was growing up.

classic tunes for the most part. That time was a zenith for popular music.

Mountain is one of my fav. bands, they debuted at woodstock.

Those songs take you back to life back then. The same usually can't be said for this generation of music.

I think most were well established. Leslie West/Mountain was supposed to be the next Cream. Of course this was so ahead of your time.
