i should prob say lighting with projected texture, that sounds more correct

but you can use it to create a spotlight effect, i used that on one of my pose props

With lighting and shadows enabled, you can do so much with projectors now

i made a texture saying i love carson and it shows up like that

in this one, i made a circle texture and applied it to 3 diff prims with lights on all of them

these aren't the best examples to show, i did this over a year ago on much older viewers but you get the idea
