I work for S**a insurance. The dots are there to conceal their identity.

I work with fucking monkies (who are my underworked bosses) and take calls all day.

There is no one thing that makes it bad. If it were just a few tings then it would be ok.

Its just the combination of everything that does it.

Sounda kinda like.my job - though my hours are nowhere near as bad... And there is one defining factor that makes it bad.
