I beaded with both sons at 2 and 3 years. did the same w grandson & my sisters kids.

Just have to have rules. bead in the mouth, beads go away didn't take them long to get it. all still love to bead

my daughter did manage to stick a pony bead up her nose, we got it out with a pencil...lol

i imagine that was not a joyous moment for you. Mine never got that close. Bead in hand on the way to face and I put beads away for a day.

I panicked, she laughed. Thank god she didn't sniff. I won't let her live that down.
