do you sterilize your tooth brush? I read somewhere that you should run yours through the dishwasher once a week to sterilize it.

ack, not the dishwasher! Take a simple cup and hydrogen peroxide. The cup can either be washed or a dixie cup used and tossed out

from what I remember, the dishwasher was suggested since most heat the water to steam temperature.
