There is a ton of work to be done. But it's all bottlenecked. Only three people know that shit. They haven't shared it or it's purely tribal

they could just spend the 15min and do it. But they have this wall of stuff to accomplish.. and we can't do things in parallel.

I'm struggling to get to do stuff which can move things forward.. but a lot of it is "hurry up and wait". Staring at progress bars.
