I may just do that regardless I am thoroughly unimpressed how some of the fallout has been due to this incident at work.

There is a ton of work to be done. But it's all bottlenecked. Only three people know that shit. They haven't shared it or it's purely tribal

And because they have 2yrs of experience with these crazy 1 off applications which quirks after 10yrs of development being a VB6 application

they could just spend the 15min and do it. But they have this wall of stuff to accomplish.. and we can't do things in parallel.

I'm struggling to get to do stuff which can move things forward.. but a lot of it is "hurry up and wait". Staring at progress bars.
