I will indeed - aiming for three times a week. Currently am shockingly bad at running/general fitness but it will improve over time

Pretty much. And I can feel it tightening after about a km and it gets really bad after 1.5

It's why I mainly cycle because I can go really far. Rowing is good in the gym as well
