each state is different. try googling how long an employer has to pay with your state.

Alaska is different, if you get fired its within 3 bus days. if you quit its 3 days after the last pay period

Every state has different rules. For example, in Oregon on your last day if they terminate you, on your regular pay day if you quit and

if they are late, they must pay regular pay for every day they are late - a full day's pay for each late day. But that's Oregon.
