ok, do you have a humidifier with a little cup to put aromatic stuff in? put tea tree oil, the steam makes it warm. tea tree oil is natural.

antimicrobial. my daughter did this for me when i was all sick like that, worked wonders. tea tree & eucalyptus oil, and mild steam.
