good luck! I am waiting on mine, maybe they can nudge each other in the proposal decision void

no such luck. I'm about 4x what they have budgeted. Would have saved me some trouble to know ahead of time. Maybe they like Texas Hold 'em.

Well that sucks. Knowing budget ahead sure saves lost time in proposal prep. I know my budget, and stuck to it, but the premise is alien.
