He can be nice, but he rarely ever sounds as sincere as he did when he said it that time. That meant something was up!

Well, likely, he knows either a) Thirteen is going to make it, or He sees a lot of himself in Foreman (young House).

After all, there was a woman, as Lucas found out.

If House was real, he'd get a kick out of this. us talking about him being nice.

I think that he does see himself in Foreman, but I also think some of the pushing he does is to keep Foreman from being "exactly" like him.

Not sure what his plan with Cuddy is though, Either it is incredibly well thought out (unlikely) or completely nuts (likely)
