I started getting one and took some meds and went to simplynoise.com and listened to the white noise on some headphones...

it's significantly better and it looks like I won't have to go home and sleep in a dark room now!

Ahh... well, try the white noise thing... it may at least soothe the phonophobic effects of the migraine... and get away from the computer!
