I think you just need to be active daily. I'm not sure the number of plurks matters

vangogh I realize daily plurking helps it from going down, but mine already *did* drop... just wondering how many to bring it back. ;-D

mine dropped last weekend and I simply started plurking again and it rose. I don't know that I got what I lost back, but I did get more.
