My sukkah collapsed under the wet snow. It was just the frame, and a few branches. all 4 walls snapped, vertical supports ruined.

my sukkah is.... was... beautiful. my husband has promised to rebuild it for next year. it's not halachic - we have pvc in the roof

My downstairs neighbor had the "gazebo" on the back deck collapse last year.

snow built up on top of it, nice wet snow, about 12 in. thick. It inverted and became a snow bowl

well, to make light of a sad situation, make sure you go out and say "so long, suckah" before you clean up.
