if anyone knows of a good tutorial on knitting stripes in the round without getting those icky uneven jags at the beginning of each round?

Basically you will knit the first round of the new color

when you get to the first stitch of the 2nd round, lift right leg of the stitch below that first stitch up onto the left needle

then knit both the lifted stitch and the first stitch together.
