I would really love that about now, but have to get parental permission. Mom has a lot on her plate at the moment and might stress about

guests. She's the sort that thinks the house needs to look like a magazine picture for new people to come in.

I tell her that those houses never look like anyone lives in them.

It's a Mom thing about houses...I used to be that way but gave it up...otherwise Christmas time, I would never get the tree up!
