Well, I'll have to do some more job applications as well and then finish off my uni application as well.

I thought the personal statement had to be 4000 words long. Turns out it was only 4000 characters (letters)

so all of yesterday I was editing it down.

Well that and cooking, playing with my lovely lady friend and then seeing some fireworks.

Oh, yesterday I also discovered that Steven, Anna's little brother has come back from uni a smoker.

It felt odd to see him like that - I've known him for the best part of six years, since he was a kid.

I'm not against smoking, hell I did it from 13 till 17, but seeing him with a ciggarette in his hand was confusing.

Blowed if I know why.

I think he's a boy that over the years has needed attention but just hasn't got it one way or another.

Maybe this is an example of acting out, I doubt it in manyways, but I'm far from convinced.

Hell, he's a good kid, but he does do silly things. Well, we all did and still do silly things.

Maybe my paternal side is being ruffled by this.
