Honeycutt would be your best bet. He came to Valley Center last spring & talked to MS, then HS, then teachers after school & finally,

parents at 5:00p.

Does your county have an Exploited & Missing Children's unit? I had the one in Sedgwick County come out to Andale a few years ago &

detective talked with the MS kids. Or just someone in Law Enforcement that deals with Cyber safety.

There were a number of folks who got trained in Kevin's model.

Would like to stay the PBL expert who speaks the same language of the techies.

But whomever you get, please be sure they speak POSITIVELY about tech and not only in scare tactics. So many do.

cmay: great idea. We don't have that unit, but our sheriff's dept. is pretty active with out school (in a good way).

GingerTPLC: I think it would be great to have you speak to our 7th and 8th grade. I have thought about doing it myself, but don't feel

trained well enough myself. I don't know these kids as well as the older ones either, so might not do as well.

My workshops with kids are different than my work with adults.
