Jonathan Nasaw is my favorite aubthor, he writes psychothrillers. Some of his books have a bit of romance in them, but aren't centered

around them. I would read The Girls He Adored first.

Because all the rest of his books sort of follow after that one.

Read that one and if you like it, read When She Was Bad.
