some people like jogging. that's fine. but they must do strength training to use the other muscles on the legs and also compensate

the lost of muscles as a result of long distance running. just look at the physique of a marathon runner and a sprinter...

... who has more muscles? as we grow older, the rate of muscles lost is greater than when we were a teen. running long distance only
