Man it feels good to have a break huh?
Yes. Go visit us.
Yes, visiting would be nice.
I agree
It is...although now I must prepare for the New Years.
Making osechi is a several day affair.
This requires some heroic effort, right?
I won't take objections, let me help you out to usher in the new year right!!
aaaand then I'll hurry back for festivities in NYC
Ah...if you would like, please.
Perhaps you can help me with mochitsuki.

I can help with that!
I will rely upon you then. Thank you, America-san.
Moon Mochi? Is that a kind of sweet dish?

N-not moon mochi...
Although there is a story about mochi and the moon...
Yes, the rabbit on the moon?
aw, cute there's a rabbit on the moon?
I know a few men that were on the moon
Buzz Aldrin-- LOL Buzz Lightyear is probably named after Dr Aldrin

O-oh...
tell me more about the rabbit
The legend goes that a rabbit, fox and monkey came upon an old man. He was very hungry and asked the animals for food.
The monkey, using his wits, gathered fruits and brought them. The fox, using his magic, tricked another traveler and took his food.
The rabbit only knew how to eat and gather grasses, and so he gave of his own body, throwing himself into the fire.
The old man revealed himself to be a sage and, so moved by the rabbit's selfless act, drew him upon the moon.
Where he could live eternally, making mochi for all the animals and people.
Poor rabbit
But now he is in the moon.
But I saw him when I was at your house!

you... did?
Nice legend. So Sempai, what is it, if its not moon mochi?

....But England-san, I live alone...
...Yes, but they are pets. It is....not the same...
you don't have a pet rabbit?
Not the Rabbit, America. I met the Sage.
