why do you think Plurk is useless? It's a way of keep in touch with friends...

if i want to keep in touch with friends, i prefer talking with them, or do something with them. so plurk is definitely useless but funny

plurk is another medium of communication. it's useless for some, but very useful for others -> just like any other service on the net

you can't say that emailing is generally useful. non-nerdy teens for example don't find emailing that useful. they rather use IM or SMS.
