Got a wheelchair today. I don't think of it as a restraint. I think of it as FREEDOM to go places I can't walk to now.

It's a transport chair. No big wheels so I can't push myself, but it weights just over 10 pounds and folds flat.

James says it is very easy to push. It can even turn in its own radius. Worked great at Sunset Galleria Mall except for few aisles in Macy

to take her somewhere with a long long walk... she can walk alright with the cane... but not over bumpy, hilly areas or for really long

I don't know how good this would b over bumps. The wheels are small, but it does GREAT for distances I can't walk (most of them).

We just needed something really lightweight that could fold up for the car.
