KorelC2 Resident has copybotted ALOT of items from my store, including, shoes, bracelets, headbands, diaper covers ECT.

i have purchased an outfit from her store that included 3 items that are from my store. i know they are copybotted because

for 1. the shoe texture is a handdrawn texture i made. and the size, and placement of the prims on the other items

How unprofessional of you to bring another store name such as fairytale gardens up. It's also slander I will have you know.

You should keep things like this between you and the designer and those pictures prove nothing, just that they used the same sculps.

Unless you can prove that you 'hand drew' those textures? I'm not doubting it but you need to prove it if you are saying things like that.

I went to fairytale gardens a couple times and the first time i went i thought alka made a new store!

not only are a lot of the items from there similar to alka's, but one of her models (or her, idk) looks almost excatly like alka

I noticed the same thing -- the ads, clothes, models all are in alka's style.. and she has her own style.. it isn't a common one, so I don't

blame her for being upset.

The point is everyone draws their inspiration from somewhere and so what if designers supposedly copy... take it as a compliment.

Nobody is saying that dresses and outfits won't be crossed referenced.. but it's the way the clothes are made the way the ads are done..

Okay.. for one.. it's called libel.. not slander, and nobody can prove if it is libel or not.. I've had my share of things getting copied

and I have gotten upset about it.. and when I do.. I tend to plurk on MY timeline about it. So I kind of know where she's coming from.

It's not like she's going over to the store.. or on their timeline and saying this to her customers.. and if she is.. then IDK. lol

Me, along with another store, who has been copybotted by BOTH of these stores i had mentioned, have reported both of the stores and

designers to LL on several occasions, and LL has not done a thing about it yet, we were lucky enough to have the second offender remove

their store, but the other one is still around. You can call me unprofessional all you want, i find it very unprofessional that people feel

the need to copybot prims and textures that hard working people have made.

My two cents, is that these kids work hard at what they do, each and every store in the kids community have their own special way of...

of making things, it is their trade mark so to speak, and to have someonie identically copy them is not cool

I think its very important to make people aware of things of like, especially when i know 100% that the item or items, textures ect.

were stolen from products of mine, and until LL does something about it, i think it is fair for consumers to be aware of stolen items being

sold. and not just for my sake or other designers sake, but customers will lose their money. once an item or texture has been found stolen,

LL will remove the item from your inventory or send a notecard asking you to remove it.

(i know this because years ago when i had owned items that were copybotted i got emails asking me to remove the items from my posession)

I think have the stuff stolen is bad enough n it is stealing but for them to then sell it as their own is a kick in the teeth if u ask me
