my feeling supah toxic duty started last dec 30, 2011 10-6 shift! roar! I was the only senior on duty that time, charge nurse plus-

handling 1 px.. super toxic that I need to supervise my co staff in attending the icu patients that I started my paperworks and cn work-

@ 4am! did all my routines and chart reviews for only 2 hours.. 6 hours in rescuing and supervising my coworkers and 2 hours for my own-

work load! come on! give me a break! we extended our duty for another 4 hours to accomplish our backlogs.. frustration, impatient, toxicity-

shoot up that I my tears fell down for the super toxic duty I had that night! happy birthday to me! hahaha

2 days off and that two days ended up w/ charging myself up from the night duty that drained me.. thanks to my family, my heppy hormones-

went up! and another day granted me to stay w. my family and friends in my own hometown that I maximizes it in the bst way I can

January 2, 2012: 2-10 shift! welcome back to cvu Las Pinas.. welcoming greetings to me? 2 intubated patients that need to be closely-

attended and monitored.. energy drained again! next day? 10-6 shift: 4 patients in cvu, one seizure like patient and one complaining of-

-difficulty of breathing.. 4 chartings and chart rounds.. another argh duty!

and just last nyt? 10-6 shift? I was again the charge nurse, leading 5 co workers and 12 patients for closely monitoring.. I was able to-

apply the game that I planned early yesterday.. thankfully, after almost a wk of domino like toxic duty every shift.. toxicity in cvu ceases

and we were able to endorse our duty in a smooth way.. we tried to do perfectly our duty but it seems like theres no such thing as perfect-

only, keep moving forward lang.. shoot!

thankfully, I'm off today and looking forward for this day to do my things to do.. yey!
