napped on 3rd flr. wilson today from 1-2. Ate a big lunch, laid down on a couch and I was out in two minutes.

I can generally sleep on command within a few minutes, and then sleep through just about anything. I love it.

that's what the couches in the library and Underground are for. The armchairs in the underground are sooooo nice for a nap.
