sitting in his living-room, quietly reading a book, while he waits for the Dane to show up. The stars are shining softly outside.
coughs a bit as he knocked on the others door, tightening his coat around himself.
slowly shuts the book. He gets up and grabs an old satchel, pulling on his jacket and boots. He opens the frontdoor, just looking at him.
smiles and waves a bit. "H-hej. Ready to go?"
nods. "Ja, stay behind me." He walks towards a nearby forest with tall trees and looming mountains, quietly humming in old Norse.
nods and does as he says, keeping right behind him. He found all this cool.
Søren
was
a little creeped out, but he'd not say anything. Norge's forests weren't normally his thing...
leads him deep into the forest, until the end up in a clearing. His chanting becomes stronger, and soon loud, heavy footsteps is heard.
... isn't scared. Not at all. He just... steps closer to Norge because he was cold. Yeah.
a creature of the trees height breaks through the forest, into the clearing. It is slow in actions, but not dumb. It breathes heavily, _
staring at the nations. Norway takes a step forward, waving the satchel for it to see.
.... just stares. It was big.
the troll reaches a hand down, a finger just slightly smaller than Norway snatches the satchel, smelling it. It promptly eats it, satisfied.
"Do ye always gotta do that?" He whispered quietly.
"Sometimes. Been a while since I met this one, so it needed a reason to be here. Besides, don't want it tryin' to eat you." he keeps his_
eyes fixed on the troll.

... looks to him. "Are ye serious? Him tryin' to eat me?"
shrugs. "I said it could be unnerving. Though it's not very likely anymore, since they listen to me." The trolls cow-like tail _
brushes back and forth on the ground, knocking over some small trees.
smiles a bit. "That's so cool... can ye like, command 'em and everythin'?"
"Pretty much, but I usually let them do what they want." He hums a little, making the troll sit down heavily, the ground shaking a bit.
flails a bit and clings to Norge. "... That's so cool. Like, amazin'ly cool."
"I guess... Look," he holds around Denmarks wrist, stretching his hand towards the troll. The troll looks a bit suspicious. He nods_
encouragingly to it, which makes it wag its tail and place the tip of its finger in the palm of the others outstretched hand.
smiles widely and flails a bit. "These guys are awesome!" He goes to hug the finger.
chuckles faintly. The troll looks amused at the new nation, wigglings his finger a carefully in the embrace.
smiles at him before sliding off. "These guys are more friendly then they seem at first." He wasn't nearly as nervous now.
frowns. "Around me, that is. Don't try to do that if you find one yourself; you'll probably end up in Sweden or somethin'."
blinks at him. "Really? Why?"
looks over to him. "Well, they'd literally throw you away, since they're not allowed to eat you or take you capture... They're ... special."
just keeps looking at him, wanting to know more.
... sighs. "If a troll captures someone, they're stuck inside their caverns for the rest of their lives. I dunno what they want with them.."
frowns. "That's kinda lame. I'd hate bein' in a place for all my life..."
"Exactly." The troll'd been following their voices, not understanding a word. Bored, it reached down and picked up Norway around the waist.
watches. He still thought it was awesome that they were here... He liked the trolls~
holds around the trolls thumb, looking questioningly at it. It makes a rumbling noise, picking up Denmark with his other hand.
waves his arms around and laughs. This was fun~

no idea what it's doing... It rumbles more at the laugh. It shakes Norway a little, making an odd sound, then does the same to Denmark.
just found this all fun. He didn't really care what was happening.
"...I think it's ... playing with us... like dolls." He did not like the idea one bit. The troll just continued rumbling, brushing its tail.
laughs a bit at that. "Really? That's awesome!" Clearly he didn't see anything wrong with this.
The troll brings the two closer together, making its odd noises again. Norway groans, he did not like this. He glared at the troll.
smiles and pokes Norge's cheek. "I like this guy."
grumbles, "Why of all trolls it had to be a young one..." he swats the others finger away. "I'm not surprised."
chuckles. "Aww, come on. Have fun, Norge! He clearly is!"
"But I don't even-" he's cut off as the troll knocks the nations heads together, rumbling, clearly entertained. "The hell ?!"
curses at that and rubs his head. "Ow. Ye're head hurts."
"Yours isn't much better." That hurt. He angrily chants in Norse again, pointing accusingly at the troll, but it is stubborn.
listens to him as well as watching the troll. Before he coughed a bit.
shouts at it, "Nå!" The troll rumbles disapprovingly, but puts them down again. He stumbles a bit as his feet hit the ground.
stood his ground and looked at the troll. "I was havin' fun regardless."
sighs. "Yeah, well, I don't think it wants to 'play' anymore." he said as the troll got slowly on its feet, pushing its way back through_
the broken forest.
frowns and tries to follow it.
grabs his arm, keeping him back. "Don't. It's going back to its family in the mountains, and tryin' to visit would just be stupid."
frowns. "I wanna see the whole family though..."
laughs humorlessly. "Not possible, sorry. They'll be too dominant and then I can't do anythin' to stop them."
pouts and looks to where the troll went off. "They're so cool though... Seein' a few together would be even better..."
"... The fairies are normally more than one, if that'd make it better." he shifts a bit on his feet.
smiles and nods. "Ja! Can I see a whole bunch at once?"
shrugs. "Sure, if we find a whole bunch or they come to us, for some reason."
smiles. "I wanna see 'em I wanna see 'em I wanna see 'eeemmmm!"
rubs his temple. "How the hell are you older than me... Fine, let's go, I'm sure there's some around here." He starts walking _
in the opposite direction of the mountains.
follows him closely. "I'm just awesome~"
walks queitly through a thicket of trees and bushes. He spots some small, dancing lights further ahead, and goes to meet them.
could tell it was fairies just by the lights... He smiles and keeps up with Norge, wanting to play with them~
The fairies quickly gathers around the two, giggling and shouting in tiny voices. One flies to sit in Denmarks hair, hugging a strand.
smiles and laughs. "These guys are adorable."
They continue to buzz around cheerily, pulling at the nations ears and noses playfully. He lets one sit on his finger, dangling her legs.
laughs some more. He didn't mind what they did. He liked mythical creatures... And these guys were fun~
"You can speak to them, they understand us." Another fairy sat on the others shoulder, all still giggling and cheering.
smiles widely. "Really?!" He held out his hand. "How are ye guys?"
They all started talking at once; ~'Ooh great ! Your hair is fluffyyy'~ ~'We just ate mushrooms !'~ ~'Your voice is funny'~ ~'I like you !'~

laughs a bit. "Ahhh~ Ye guys are awesome!"

~'Who are you, mister ?'~ a young female fairy hanging off his hand asked, while the others cheered at the compliment.
smiles. "A friend of Norge~" He liked watching her.
rolled his eyes, but was enjoying himself among the fairies. ~'Ooh, he rarely brings anyone, but you're niiice'~ she said.
smiles some more. "Tak~ I'm glad to have seen ye guys... ye're all so nice and friendly~"
a male fairy effectively topples her off his hand. ~'Aah, but what's your name?'~ he smiled brightly up at him.
blinks and smiles. "Ah, I don't normally tell people... but fairies are okay~" He tilted his head a bit. "I'm Søren."

a bit amused and surprised. The fairies seem very interested in Denmark. ~'But isn't that a curse?'~ ~'Ooh, that's pretty!'~ ~'I like it!'~
laughs. "Tak. And in some places, ja... but to me it's my name."
The fairies all bursted into a bunch of questions, each one drowning the other in their tiny, happy voices.
laughs and shakes his head. "Calm down... I can't understand ye all at once."
some pouts, flying around, while others quiet down a bit. ~'What do you like, Søren?'~ one managed to say over the other voices.
shrugs. "I like beer. And baked goods. And spendin' time with Norge~"
shifted slightly at that. ~'I tried b.. ba... uhm, beer once, but then Lukas got maaad'~ one pouted. ~'I like being with him too, mostly!'~
hums. "Well maybe I could bring some for ye guys some time...?" He looked to Norge, wondering if it was okay.
frowned. "... Not... too much, at least." ~'Yaay!'~ ~'Wait, what are we drinking?'~ ~'Yippi!'~ ~'Not now, silly!'~ ~'Ooh..'~ ~'Fun!'~
laughs. "These guys are always so excited! I like it. I'll bring some beer next time."
"I don't think they can be in another mood." he mused.
smiles. He'd have to come here when he was a little down then...
"Hmm, maybe we should get goin'." The fairy in the others hair had fallen asleep, and some of them looked like they'd soon follow suit.
smiles at him and nods. "Kay... they look like they're losin' energy." He was thankful for what he had seen.
~'Aaw!'~ ~'I look forward to the b-b.. bair!'~ ~'Good bye, Søren!'~ Norway plucked a fairy off his shoulder and put it in a branch.
nods and waves. "Bye~" He watched them as Norge moved them. He was so happy~
"See you guys another time." he said quietly, starting to find their way out of the forest again.
waves once more before following the other. "That was so fuuuunnnn~!"

nodded. "You're welcome... They did seem to like you." he brushed a branch aside as they stepped outside the forest.
ducked down a bit to get out easier. "Did they? I'm glad~" He liked it when creatures liked him.

continues slowly on his way home. He raises an eyebrow at the other, "You've got fairy-dust in your hair, it looks like it's on fire."
"Really?" He blinks a bit. "Does it look cool?"
snorts. "If lookin' like a wanderin' candle is cool, then yes."
chuckles and leans forward to brush it out of his hair. "What does fairy-dust do?"
shrugs. "Not much... It just sticks to places." he paused, thinking about it... "Oh, and they use it for some sort of mating."
... brushes it out of his hair faster. Or tries to.
lips twitches at the reaction. "...I guess your hair is a perfect nest." He wasn't about to inform him that they didn't mate in winter.
flails a bit. "Neejjjj! My hair is not a breeding ground!" He huffs a bit.
"But just think of the children, Den." he said innocently.
... thinks they'd be cute, but not in his hair. "Ugh... I need a shower..."

bit his lip as not to start laughing. He opened the door to his house as they arrived. "Go ahead, then." struggling to keep a straigth face.
nods as he walked in. "Ye dun mind then?" He kept trying to get it out of his hair..
closed the door behind them, kicking off his boots. "Just don't use all the warm water.."
nods and takes his boots and jacket. "Awesome..." He headed towards the bathroom. He'd like the warmth from it...
shrugs off his jacket, hanging it up. They both stank troll anyway... He went to find some new clothes for himself in his bedroom.
just took his clothes off once he was in the bathroom and went into the shower, washing his hair... He wondered if the other had some of_
his clothes...
changed to a clean t-shirt and pants. He didn't even think of finding the Dane new clothes, as his mind was set on the book he'd been_
reading earlier, which he picked up once he was down in the living-room again.
might have used up all the hot water as he got distracted by his thoughts... He got out and dried himself but frowned when he saw some_
dust on his clothes... He tied the towel around his waist and walked out of the bathroom. "Nooorrrrrggggeeeee~"
flinched, dropping the book he'd been reading deeply. He sighed and got up, walking up the stairs to find the other. _
He blushed only slightly when he saw him. "What is it?" he crossed his arms, blank faced again.
"Do ye have any clothes for me? My old ones have dust on them..."
opened his mouth to say something, but just shut it and shook his head. "Maybe." He wandered over to his room, opening his closet.
followed him, trying not to get water all over the place.
rummaged through the clothes, pulling out a pair of jeans and a shirt that were too big for him. "These, I guess." tossing it at the other.
catches them and nods. "Kay, tak~" He went back to the bathroom to change and tried washing out the dust in his other clothes.
sighed, sitting down on his bed. How come he had so many of his clothes...?
didn't know, but was glad for it. He came out a bit after, shaking his head to get some more water out of his hair.
looked at him disapprovingly, "You're worse than a dog."
smiles and rolls his eyes. "Tak for the shower none the less. It even warmed me up."
shrugs."I figured someone'd be suspicious if you sparkled and stank like a troll when you got home."
shrugs. "I doubt anyone would really question it... There's no one at home anyway. "He laughed a bit, but there was some sadness behind it.
"...What about Faroe?" He didn't really know the little island very well.
shrugs. "Been busy..." He hadn't seen the other in quite a while. Or... anyone really.
looks dully at nothing in particular. "Figures why you've been botherin' me so much then."
smiles. "Ye're fun though! Better than the others... Ye let me see trolls and fairies~"
"You let me meet the mermaids, so 'twas only fair." he pointed out. He smiles slightly at the thought of them.
smiles more and nods. "Ja, true..." He cherished the mermaids more than he thought...

looks down a bit and smiles, nodding. "Of course..."

leans back and looks up. "Well, the first time I ever saw them was when I was a kid... I don't even know if I knew any of ye yet. I just_
walked up to them and they sang to me... most of the time I fell asleep though."
had listened intently. He frowns a bit, "You didn't ... find it.. scary?"
looks to him and shakes his head. "Nej, never. They were beautiful... Even more so when I grew a bit." He sighed a little. "I wanted to get_
closer to them at that time..."
nods slowly. "What happen'd ?"
frowns a bit. "I learned quickly that it was impossible for a nation and mermaid to be together." He couldn't help but chuckle. "I was_
pretty stupid back then."
bit back a comment at the last statement. "Well, sooner's better than later, I guess." he dragged his feet up on the bed, crossing them.
nods a bit. "Regardless, I always visited them. Every year we get together to remember the first time... But I still see them on and off."
smiles faintly. "That sounds nice." He certainly had no traditions with his creatures.
nods. "We've grown close. It's always really cute too to see the new young mermaids come to the surface for the first time... They're_
always so shy~"
blinks. "There're children ? So there must be mermen too, then..?" he hadn't even thought of that...
nods. "Ja. I dun see them often though... They're not as interested in surface life. But the children... they're cute~"
's lip twitched a bit. "Do they sing too ?"
shrugs. "Some do. It depends how shy they are. Normally they don't though, not until they know me..."
nods. "They seem lovely.. You're very lucky."
looks to him. "Hey, ye're lucky yerself. Ye got trolls and fairies."
"I didn't say I wasn't." he smiles slightly.
chuckles and sprawls out on the bed. "We're pretty lucky ye know. With a blot."

nods. "Between mythical creatures and wars... it's amazin' we're still in one piece." He closed his eyes and sighed more.
looks at him. "..More or less." He rubs an eye, looking out at the black skies.
nods and looks over to him. "Ye gettin' sleepy~?"
pokes his side lightly. "As if you're not, it's 'round 3 AM or somethin'. It was dark when you came here already."
nods. "Ja..." He stretched and sat up. "I'll let ye sleep then." He smiled a little.
rolls his eyes. "Takk, that's very generous of you."
smirks and waves. "Tak for these clothes again too~" He went to gather his clothes and then headed for the front foor.
